Return of a Driving Licence

Following a period of disqualification (usually 2 years) you will be able to argue that your licence should be returned to you.

We will be able to advise you on making an application to the Magistrates Court, the evidence to assemble to convince the Magistrates to return your licence and what to say to the Magistrates.
