Court Hearings
You may well have received a Court Summons to appear in Court on a specific date. You must attend on that date. If additional time is required to prepare your case, we will be able to request that your case is adjourned.
You will be expected to enter a plea of either guilty or not guilty when you attend at Court. If you plead guilty, the Crown Prosecution will then outline the case against you.
Your representative from Owain Rhys Williams will then put your case forward to the magistrates. The magistrates will then make their decision.
You may have to appear in the Crown Court – we can help and advise you with this. |
